Mathieu is considered a luminary in the German wine industry. The Alsatian native is responsible for the essentials at Karthäuserhof: He makes fundamental decisions regarding vineyard care and the vinification of the wines and thus controls not only the characteristics of Karthäuserhof wines. His impulse for ecological farming will shape the philosophy of Karthäuserhof forever.

Benedikt Belger runs the Karthäuserhof with passion and innovative strength. Responsible for all areas such as product management, process optimization, sales and marketing, he keeps an eye on everything as the ideal link between Mathieu, Dominik and the rest of the team. In his words: "My goal is to awaken the sleeping giant."
