Wir lesen und selektieren unsere Trauben sorgfältig von Hand und arbeiten bei minimalen Erträgen nur mit den besten Trauben. Unsere Weinberge werden nach biodynamischem Vorbild bewirtschaftet und die Weine puristisch ausgebaut. BRUNO is the ideal introduction to the Karthäuserhof. Our BRUNO Riesling DRY sums up Mathieu Kauffmann's signature style and combines it with the typical Mosel terroir: slate and steep slopes. We do not fining, sedimentation is completely natural, only sulphur is added. The nose of our BRUNO Riesling DRY shows what will come on the palate. Completely classic with cool, light citrus fruit and plenty of spicy slate aromas, delicate but still with emphasis and sensational drinking flow. A fun wine that is equally enjoyable and enjoyable on its own or with food.

BRUNO and the label

BRUNO combines modern wine culture with the deeply rooted traditions of the Karthäuserhof. The label tells a special story: It shows the church window that was once given to Karl Wilhelm Rautenstrauch and Kathinka Mülhens as a wedding present and that still adorns one of our buildings today. In keeping with our Karthäuserhof line, the label is deliberately placed on the neck of the bottle - a placement that not only conveys elegance, but also refers to our rich history. Bruno thus brings tradition into the present.
