Our wines come from the Ruwer Valley, a side valley of the Moselle, characterized by slate soils and a unique cool microclimate. We carefully pick and select our grapes by hand and work with only the best grapes to minimize yields. Our vineyards are cultivated according to biodynamic principles and the wines are produced in a purist manner. Sustainability, a sense of responsibility and fair cooperation are our top priorities.

The BRUNO label

The label? It tells a real story! It shows the church window that Karl Wilhelm Rautenstrauch and Kathinka Mülhens – once owners of the Karthäuserhof – received as a wedding gift. It can still be found exactly as it is at the Karthäuserhof today.
