The Alsatian native is responsible for the essentials at Karthäuserhof: He makes fundamental decisions regarding vineyard care and the vinification of the wines and thus controls not only the characteristics of Karthäuserhof wines. His impulse for ecological farming will shape the philosophy of Karthäuserhof forever.
