In the seventh episode of the Karthäuserhof Experience, we visited Stefanie Hehn, head sommelier at the Lakeside restaurant in the Fontenay Hotel in Hamburg. The experienced sommelier explains what fascinates her about the art of food and wine pairing and talks about Lakeside's impressive wine list with 400 different wines. One focus of the menu is on German wines, which - according to Stefanie - appeal to both international and national guests.
