This episode of the Karthäuserhof Experience is a tribute to an unforgettable evening at Trivet in London. We were delighted by the exceptional cuisine, where each dish was prepared with great care and perfectly paired with our wines. The harmonious combination of flavors created an experience that will linger for a long time. Owners Jonny Lake, head chef, and Isa Bal, master sommelier, explained to us that when pairing wine and food, they don't just look for harmony, but for synergies that enhance both elements.
