This episode of "The Karthäuserhof Experience" took us to the Speisemeisterei restaurant in Hohenheim – where precision in the kitchen meets genuine personality in the glass. Head chef Stefan Gschwendtner gave us a glimpse behind the scenes: focused, seasonal cuisine, without frills – simply solid craftsmanship with a clear vision. Sommelier Johanna Renz matched this energy with wines that speak the same language – elegant, honest, and deeply connected to what's on the plate. Especially Riesling.
